1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to Ascuta and this website. Ascuta is provided by Emanuele Viglianisi, Altenbauerstraße 12, 4060 Leonding, Austria. Contact: emavgl.app@gmail.com.
2. Intended use
Ascuta is an Android dictation tool. You are responsible for using it lawfully and for checking that dictation, text insertion, accessibility permissions, downloaded models, and any selected cloud provider are appropriate for your use case.
3. Third-party services
Cloud transcription, model downloads, Android services, and the applications into which text is inserted are operated by third parties. Their availability, terms, pricing, retention, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
4. User content
You remain responsible for speech, transcripts, API keys, and other content processed through Ascuta. Do not dictate or insert content you are not authorized to use or disclose.
5. Availability
Ascuta may be affected by Android versions, device hardware, permissions, model availability, application restrictions, network conditions, and third-party outages. Test the complete workflow before relying on it.
6. Software and third-party services
Ascuta is proprietary software provided for use on compatible Android devices. Cloud transcription, model downloads, Android services, and the applications into which text is inserted are operated by third parties and remain subject to their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
7. Updates and changes
The app and these terms may change as compatibility, security, legal, and product requirements change. The latest published version applies to future use, without limiting mandatory statutory rights.
8. Liability
Emanuele Viglianisi is liable in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer, warranty, privacy, or personal-injury rights.
9. Governing law
Austrian law applies to the extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the country where you have your habitual residence.
